Shape Your Butt Before 2010

It’s been snowing here in Pearland today – have you been stuck inside and unable to get to the gym or outdoors for your daily workout?

Well today we have just the cure for those cabin-fever blues.

Cheyenne put together a perfect quick workout you can do to shape your butt before the New Year.

All you need is the space the size of your closet and a Glider.  (If you don’t have a Glider – you can use a hand towel on your kitchen or bathroom floor.)

This workout can be done in just a few minutes…and will leave your glutes burning for more…

 

With the snow conditions, please be safe if you find yourself out on the roads today and enjoy it (it doesn’t happen often here in Pearland!)
