Pearland Personal Trainer “Sit and Be Fit” Workout

Hey guys, it’s Jeremy here from Method Evolution.  For those of you who have not had a chance to meet me yet, I am a new trainer here and look forward to helping each of you out with your fitness goals. 

 

This week I have come up with a workout for those days you have limited time and limited space.  The only equipment required is a chair or bench, and a resistance band.  This workout can be done in any room of your house (even in front of the T.V.) or in a hotel room if your traveling and want to still get a quick workout in.  Remember to repeat the entire set 2-3 times for a quick and easy total body workout.  Enjoy!

    Great. I will do this in the morning, since i am in Miami, and instead of having to leave on an 8:30 flight, I’m leaving at 11:30 – so i’ll have some time. THanks for giving us such great and different workout options.
