Quick Metabolic Workout Video

These days we are shooting workout videos like crazy… and this morning Cheyenne and Jeremy filmed a couple more for our Pearland Best Body Challenge that starts this weekend.  (for those enrolled in the challenge…you will be receiving 6 weeks of workout videos to follow)

 

This morning all of us were talking and it came up that I hadn’t posted one of the workouts that we filmed last week.  So without any further wait I thought I would do just that.

 

Its another short, effective, metabolic boosting, fat burning Method Evolution style workout. 

 

 

METABOLIC CONDITIONING WORKOUT

All you need is a timer (or clock) and a set of dumbells.

6 exercises

30 seconds of each exercise performing max reps as possible

Rest as long as it takes to transfer to the next exercise

 

  1. DB Squat Thrusts to Press
  2. Curl with Kickbacks
  3. DB Squats
  4. DB Crunches or Situps
  5. Floor Chest Press
  6. Alternating Renegade Rows
