Quick Fat Loss Exercise Ball & Dumbbell Workout
We have been receiving many requests from people in regards to various workouts they would like us to film. One of which, is some more quick workouts that can be done at home with their weights and exercise ball.
So this weekend Jeremy and I shot this short video for all of you:
DUMBELL & STABILITY BALL WORKOUT
- Exercise Ball DB Chest Press x 15
- Exercise Ball DB Rows x 15
- Crunches x 20
- Exercise Ball DB Tricep Extensions x 15
- Exercise Ball Seated DB Curls x 15
- Crunches x 20
- Exercise Ball DB Shoulder Press x 15
- Exercise Ball Wall Squats with DBs x 15
- Crunches x 20
- CARDIO (Beginners) – 10 Squat Thrusts
- CARDIO (Int/Adv) – 1/4 mile sprint
Repeat entire EVOLUTION 2 to 3 times
