5 Perfect Workout Methods for Pearland

Don’t let kids, travel or tight budgets sideline your routine. I want to show you how to stay fit no matter what your situation.
So what is your workout wish list?
A fast, effective, exercise plan?
A routine you can do with your kids?
Your dream may not be as impossible as you think.
First you must get rid of your preconceived notions about what a workout is.
You don’t have to have a membership card, go someplace with a ton of equipment or spend an hour doing it.
Second, start thinking creatively.
Whether your short on time, need to exercise in a hotel room or can’t afford a babysitter, I’ve got a routine to shape you up, calm you down and sizzle off calories.
1. I WANT A WORKOUT THAT…SCULPTS MY BUTT AND THIGHS
Climbing stairs is a great way to target those areas.![]()
On real stairs you can’t take those tiny baby steps that you do on a stair climber, so you work your hips through a wider range of motion.
The following exercises also help tone your lower body:
- Front Lunge
- Side Lunge
- Plie Squat
- Ball Squat
- Bridge (or Single Leg Bridge)

2. I WANT A WORKOUT THAT….I CAN DO AT HOME.
Here is an efficient 20 minute workout that you can do in your living room or back yard with light dumbbells, resistance bands, or water bottles. So 15 to 20 reps of each exercise in order.
- Butterfly Situps
- Side Leg Lifts with Shoulder Raises
- High Knees (or jump rope) for 1 minute
- Tricep dips on chair or bench
- Squats with bicep curls
- High Knees (or jump rope) for 1 minute
- Seated Shoulder Press
- Lateral Skiers
- High Knees (or jump rope) for 1 minute
- Slow Bicycle crunches

3. I WANT A WORKOUT THAT…I CAN DO WITH MY KIDS.
Play a game of tag with your kids. It’s fun, and the stop and go aspect makes it a great interval workout.
Even a simple game such as duck duck goose or red light, grean light gets your heart racing.
At the local park, see who can hold a chin up the longest or who can cross the monkey bars the fastest, or count how many hanging knee ups you each can do.
4. I WANT A WORKOUT THAT BURNS MAJOR CALORIES.
Jump on board one of the Nations Best of the Best – Method Evolution’s Pearland BootCamp. Some campers have burned well over 1200 calories in a single class.
5. I WANT A WORKOUT THAT…I CAN DO AT THE OFFICE.
How about some basic exercises that you can do at your own desk to build lean muscle strength, tone and increase flexibility. Do 2 sets of 12 to 15 reps.
- Chair Squats
- Desk Pushups
- Chair Tricep Dips
- Wall Angels
- Oblique curls
Again, I don’t want there to ever be a situation where you feel you are unable to do something for yourself…and thus, allowing you to do more, and be more, for others.
