Pearland Best Body Challenge Winner’s

A bit over a week ago the 1st Pearland Best Body Challenge ended.  Thanks so much for all who participated and the great feedback from the challenge (as well as the constructive words to better our up-coming challenges as well).

After the challenge we had alot of great responses from those participating and sharing the results they had received over the past weeks.  Some who followed everything to a “T”, others who followed things partcially.  As the contest ended we requested POST EVALs, pictures and a summary of your past 6 weeks.  From those we choose the winners of the challenge.

And below are those winners (even though everyone actually is…)

Below is Robert’s summary:

I have had about 5 fat cycles throughout my life.  During these times my weight would skyrocket to near 190 lbs from my average weight of 170 lbs.  6-weeks ago I was at the apex of my most current fat cycle, very out of shape and feeling dumpy.

When my belt buckle began to dig into my stomach I knew it was time to make a change.  The Pearland Best Body Challenge was a way to push my mind and body beyond the comfort zone.

At week 3: TIRED!; that is how I felt.  But Maggie and I started the Method Evolution Detox diet and that was the turning point.  The weight began to shed, out metabolisms increased, and we got serious about how much, and what we should be eating.  The “Detox” diet taught us that a well though out eating plan with the effort of the Best Body Challenge was a necessary coupling to the very basic formula of weight loss: burn more calories than you take in = weight loss.

After 6 weeks: ELATED!  I dropped almost 20lbs, and could not be happier.  The reality of my transformation was not well understood till I compared my PRE and POST photo results.  Future for me is to continue with the workout and eating plan Maggie and I have developed with the help of Method Evolution staff and push for a goal weight of 163 lbs.
