Study shows The Last Supper painting has Super Sized the food?

Okay, this came across my news line and I had to post something quick. 

This article from YAHOO NEWS states that from the years 1000 to 2000 the plates and the foods on The Last Super painting has actually grown!

 

For real?

 

Apparently the size of the main dish grew 69 percent; the size of the plate, 66 percent, and the bread, 23 percent.

Okay I have not had time to actually confirm or study this article…but hey,  I had to post it anyway.

 

If anything, for its huge humor and relevance in today’s view…
