The subject of this blog didn’t quite sound like a nutrition email, did it?
We’re talking about foods…
…one of the most common questions we get is "what do YOU guys eat?"
First, let’s clear the air — we don’t live on organic grass and tofu as most believe. Do we eat clean most of the time? Sure do.
But do we splurge? Absolutely…

We share our favorite splurge meals and want to hear from you?
JC: beignets, crawfish ettoufee, funnel cakes, extra loaded lasagna
Jeannie: (if she wasn’t allergic to wheat, gluten and dairy) fried cheese, fried mushrooms, fried pickles, steak and lobster, macaroni and cheese, creme brulee
Cheyenne: (she is out on vacation – so will have you let you know when she gets back!)
Jennifer: french fries, pizza with stuffed crust, cookies and cream ice cream
Jeremy: fajitas, flour tortillas with the works, chips and queso, margaritas, ice cream
Patrick: mexican food and margaritas

This has to be a trick!!! I can’t imagine the torture I will have to endure in the studio IF I share the truth.
OK, my fave’s are ice cream (blue bell), soft chocolate chip cookies, anything chocolate, lasagna, and mexican food, especially the chips & hot sauce.
It has to be 1800 calorie Santa fe salad at cheesecake factory, followed by strawberry cheesecake! – Altaf

Oh wow (this is going to make me hungry admitting this!)….I don’t think it gets much better than chips and queso as far as cheat meals for me!!! And….well…..anything with lots of cheese in it really — aaaaall kinds of cheese!
Oh, this list is very long for me.

Homemade: lasagna, eggplant parmesan, shrimp pot pie
Smashburger
Smashfries
Wine with cheese and crackers (this can be a meal, trust)
anything with Ranch dressing
Did I leave anything out? Oh, hot dogs off the grill.
I have problems. I know.

ANYTHING with sugar!!! M&Ms, chocolate chip cookies – for that matter anything chocolate!
Mexican food and margaritas but only on the rocks- I draw a line on the sugar here at least! Potato chips and buttered popcorn. Are you seeing my problem?
Choclolate chip cookies or chocolate cake for a desert.
Cheat meal… I make my own homemade pasta (tortellini, spaghetti, ravioli), and sauces (alfredo and traditional marinara) Add in a piece of ciabatta garlic bread and I am a happy camper.

Confessions of a potatoholic!
I love potatos any old way (except raw); can’t even have ‘em at home; I have no dicipline with them at all. I love french fries better than a burger. Ok, potato confessions aside, Mexican food . . . looooove it!
Whew, I feel better already.
Like Melissa I could make a meal out of wine, cheese and crackers (I throw in some fresh fruit to make myself feel better).
Others would be…mac & cheese, BK’s Big Fish Sandwich w/ cheese and anything Italian (ummm, Mike if you out there…I want to be your new best friend…)
Good thing I’m still buzzing from my lunch time exercise because if I wasn’t I’d be raiding a vending machine or speeding over to the closest BK!
You know, the picture doesn’t actually show you EATING that cheesecake…
Let’s see, my favorite foods–chips and queso, anything at Chuy’s, Taste of Texas, Churrasco’s or Fogo de Chao; homemade ice cream, Newman-o’s, croissants, homemade pizza, cheesecake, whipped cream, chocolate mousse, cheese of any kind, and the list goes on and on…get the idea–I just love food.

my weakness is not fried foods, it is SWEETS! cake, cookies, candy- (not pastries)… and carbs!
A BIG bowl of bluebell ice cream, hot wings & fried pickles, pizza, fried shrimp with lots of tartar sauce, QUESO and chips, frozen margaritas and pina coladas. Yum!
I hope that there is no penalty for sharing?!?!!?!
This is easy…POPEYES! And lots of Dr. Pepper. Also any dish containing pasta and cheese.
I have to say anything with lots of cheese and I really think popeyes puts some type of crack in their chicken. Sometimes you just need to hit their drive-thru
Definitely homemade pizza! Thin crust with a variety of cheeses, and 1 topping has to be freshly cooked/crumbled bacon. yummy. Any type of dark chocolate goodie is also tops on the list. Now I better go eat a yogurt.
I have to say that I love milk chocolate and just about anything w/cheese (even processed).
