The Holiday Weekend is upon us…so we have a great workout you can get in sometime this weekend that won’t take up much of your time – less than 40 minutes. (If you don’t do this workout this weekend – this is a great workout template to follow for your off-day workouts – those days away from BootCamp or Personal Training)
The Off-Day Workout Program
EVOLUTION SET
- Full Body Cleans x 20
- Push Press x 20
- Stiff Leg Deadlifts x 20
- Controlled Step Ups x 20
- Renegade Rows x 20
Rest 90 seconds
Repeat this EVOLUTION 3 to 4 times (~20 minutes)
FAT BURNING CARDIO
30 seconds sprinting (9/10 RPE)
60-90 seconds of walk
Repeat for ~20 minutes
