Pearland Trainer’s Commercial Workout

Did your day get away from you and you weren’t able to get in the todays metabolic boosting workout? 

Well I say, no worries…

Below you will find another version of my very popular Commerical Workouts which originated at our Pearland Boot Camps…todays version uses only your body weight and two exercises.

 

 

 

Most commericals are 30 seconds each…so that means perform each exercise to its max reps for each commercial. 

1st exercise = Chase the Rabbits

2nd exercise = Lazy Dog Pushups (easier variation just perform the Lazy Dog rotation)

And just superset those exercises until your commercial break is over and your show starts back up.

 

Pretty much any given 30 minute show has about 22 minutes of actual “show-time”; which leaves 8 minutes of commercial breaks. 

 

So don’t you “break”…but rather, perform this superset and you will definitely enjoy the rewards it brings!
